Astrophyllite [(K,Na)3(Fe++,Mn)7Ti2Si8O24(O,OH)7] is a hydrated potassium-iron-titanium silicate. It is typically classified as a phyllosilicate, like muscovite and biotite mica. Astrophyllite was discovered in 1854 in Norway, and has been found at less than ten other locations around the globe!

It's name comes from the Greek words for "star leaf" and has a gorgeous metallic glimmer.
